A Very Nice Week
I should probably wait until tomorrow to post this for fear of jinxing what I'm about to say, but we've all had a very nice week this week. It's winter break and my wife's a teacher, so we've all been home all week. In the past, this kind of time off wasn't always something we looked forward to. My wife and I already spend quite a few hours each day with the kids; vacation only means we have to spend MORE hours with the kids (Those of you reading this who don't have children are probably appalled that I could possibly complain about spending MORE time with my children. Those of you with kids know exactly what I'm talking about. Think of that Staples commercial where dad is skipping through the isles filling his shopping cart with back-to-school supplies to the tune, "Most Wonderful Time of the Year." That commercial wasn't as funny as it is now that I have children.)
Anyway..., we had a great week. We visited the grandparents. We went to Club Kids. We went to the Peabody Museum. The girls each took a solo trip with Mom downtown for lunch. They went to lunch with Grandma. Nobody was sick - well..., except for my wife. All in all..., a nice winter break.
Now all we have to do is get through tomorrow!

Would that be the Peabody Essex museum?
I know what you mean about time away from the kids, not so much me but my wife Heidi loves to get away from the kids when she can.
Two little girls who need Tutus, swing by The Tutu Boutique and set those sweeties up with some awsome dress up clothes
