"Oh, the Noise, Noise, Noise, Noise!"

My children NEVER stop talking! From the moment they wake up, to the time they both fall asleep - they never stop. It's driving my wife and I crazy. Sometimes, we think it's funny. We both just look at each other and laugh at these two crazy kids. Other times, it gets on your nerves. You just want them to be quite..., even for a few minutes. PLEASE..., JUST STOP TALKING! The only time they're quite is if they're watching TV. Now, I don't mind using the TV as a babysitter for an hour or two, but I can't leave it on all the time.

Is it just the age? Is it because they're girls (which, if so, has me terrified of the future)? What can I do?

I'm typing this while listening to my iPod, by the way! Another temporary solution. :-)
