so sorry you dealt with this. I am an Ebay powerseller, and it is SO unfair how Ebay now has the feedback system set up. NO negatives can be left for buyers, not even neutrals! ONLY positive! I am dealing with a buyer who purchased two items from me. NO communication, NO payment, NOTHING for a week. So I am guessing she changed her mind, I go in and open the unpaid item case to get my fees back and relist. LOW AND BEHOLD the day I open the case she suddenly appears on planet earth! Pays me but with a snippy remark. Now with Ebay, sellers are sitting ducks, she can neg me for only trying to get my fees back and I can not do a thing in return to her. SIGH!

I do a little business on ebay, too, and am up to a whopping 26 transactions. Every time I make a sale, I wait with crossed fingers until the rating comes in. I am as honest as possible, but there are just folks who are impossible to please. Sorry you ran into one of the jerks.

sorry to see you have experienced what every eBAY seller will eventually!
My only weapon against unfair feedback is to not give feedback until i recieve it and usually respond in kind.
dont give up.
