   Now that I am on the second lap (2 & 1.2 year old granddaughter after having two girls) I am even more appreciative of the experiences you document on this blog. The moments of childish insight and compassion are irreplaceably precious and remind me so much of my girls and now my granddaughter. How many times I wanted to roar with laughter but had to hold back to keep from embarrassing or frightening a daughter.

   The very best thing about your involvement and dedication to the girls now is that when they are adults you will have two of the most incredible friends and companions that you can imagine and your adult relationship will be the envy of a great many.
