Dirty Girls

As the photographer in the family, I’m usually the one holding the camera and taking the pictures. This would explain when there are very few pictures with me actually in them. I’m also responsible for moving all the digital photos from our cameras to our computers, so I’m pretty much aware of every image being produced in our household.
It’s rare that I come across a picture that my wife took while I was out, but I stumbled upon this gem the other day while offloading some pictures I took at a wedding over the weekend. Now…, I remember a day when I came home from work and the girls told me they had been playing in some mud in the backyard – and I remember grumbling to myself when I saw the size of the mud pit they had created knowing how hard it was going to be to regrow the grass – but I had no idea there was photographic evidence of the day’s activities.
